Christmas at the Fosters

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We sure did. It was our last Christmas just Ryan and I, because next year we'll have a little tyke running around with us. Ryan's parents came to visit so we celebrated here in North Carolina. We had a good time, had great weather, ate lots, played Wii/ guitar hero, and had fun. Ryan's mom got us adorable baby stuff, which I loved and Ryan wasn't so sure of.

Here are some pics. We miss ya'll and hope to see you soon. Keep in touch! Love, Lin and Ry

Almost there...

We are getting closer and closer to that day... having a little one around. Crazy. Ryan and I finally had a weekend home together. It was nice and relaxing. We had pregnancy pictures done by one of the nurses that I work with, Beverly. Ryan reluctantly came for a few. I just can't believe how big my belly is. We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holidays. We hear there is lots of snow up north, we are totally jealous.

Seriously, who wouldn't want my life?

This is what 7 years of college and a stable job will get you. I think a blue car seat may have matched the subie's interior a little better. And how 'bout the wife? I just hope that baby likes to drive fast.....

just saying hi!!!

It finally feels like fall in Wilmington! The house is slowly coming along. We still have things to do, but overall, we are really enjoying our new home. It is finally feeling like home.
I thought I would add some pictures of our house for those we haven't visited. We love visitors so whenever you feel up to it... you are absolutely welcome!

Babymoon!

While Ryan spent the weekend tinkering in the garage, I had the best babymoon ever in Seattle. We had such a good time... relaxing and catching up. We got massages, shopped and I found crib bedding for my monkey! The weather was great, nice crisp fall weather. Exactly what I was wanting, considering it was 80 degrees, hot and humid in Wilmington. Shan and Lib~ I'm so glad that me and my prego belly got to see you guys. Thanks so much for everything. You are the best!

The weekend project

I finally had a weekend off (read: Linda's out of town).
I decided to help a friend clean up his freshly painted super jet.
After 1 gallon of acetone, 1 pint of glue, 7 bloody knuckles, and 5 hours of time...here's what we have so far.

Expanding...

I'm growing more and more each day, I can't believe I still have more to grow... until january! I'm feeling really good though. I love feeling the baby move, it's my absolute favorite and the coolest thing ever. The baby daddy has finally felt movement too. Sorry that it's taken me so long to get these pictures out, but here they finally are.

Life at the beach

We've had a few visitors over the past few weeks. Dustin and Hannah visited this weekend and Lin's mom was here two weeks ago. These pictures are from our favorite beach, dubbed the "redneck beach" by the locals.

First post

Sorry we've been slacking so much on the communication front. Things have been super busy around here.
We are currently living in Wilmington, NC. It's been fun so far. We've learned a ton about NASCAR and now know the truth about the Civil War.
Linda's 25 weeks pregnant and we just moved into a new house. She finally got a job at the hospital, so now she can spend her money on bedding at Target.
I just wanted to post a picture for those of you who have forgotten what we look like.
