Here are a couple more pics.

Feb/March 2009

Hi all!!!
It's been a while... we are all doing well here in Wilmington. Awaiting the warm weather so we can go outside and play! Ellie loves being outside, especially going to the park and riding the swings. She is full of energy and is just so much fun.

Hope everyone is doing well. We miss everyone and hope to see you soon!

Ellie turned one!

I am so sorry that it has been forever since I last posted pics.

We have been busy busy! Christmas in Michigan, celebrating Ellie's dohl- korean first birthday, and then her real birthday party. It's crazy that she is already one. We celebrated her dohl at my parents' house. She wore a hanbok and Ryan and I wore ours from our wedding. She grabbed a pencil so they say she will be very smart and may be a professor. Ryan and I were wishing she would grab the money but... no such luck. hahaha!

She is getting big and so is her personality! She is walking around everywhere and loves to play outside. We can't wait for the warmer weather so we can go to the beach!

We miss everyone!

Ellie's cruising around now, eating everything, and slowing turning into a little trouble maker!! Oh what fun!!!
We miss everyone!!! Hope you all had a great halloween!

Aunt Lib & Shan come for a visit... finally!

Libby and Shannon came for a few days to visit Wilmington and meet Ellie for the first time! It had been way too long since the last time we had seen them. We had the best time, it was so great to see them! Ellie had fun hanging with the girls... shopping, hanging out at the beach and just catching up... lots of chatting!

We are enjoying the end of the summer, wishing that it would cool off just a touch.

Ellie is crawling everywhere! She's pulling herself up too! She is teething right now... wish is such a joy!!! The drool and the snot are endless! :) We are still just enjoying every minute of her.

We hope that everyone is doing well!

Surviving Hanna '08

We made it through hurricane Hanna unscathed. Linda and Ellie slept through everything. I got stuck working. Here's a few pics. You'll notice how we protected Ellie from projectiles. The other pic is pretty much self-explanatory.

Michigan pics

We just got back from Michigan! It was nice and relaxing. Great to see family! Unfortunately, I didn't do a very good job with taking pictures. Here are a few.

And for an Ellie update:
Ellie is moving everywhere. I don't think she knows how to stay still anymore. She is sitting now and she is even starting to push herself up to sit. She is almost crawling... she has the knee motion but still trying to figure out her arms to crawl. She says "umma" alot but I can't tell if she understands what she is saying. (umma is mom in Korean)

We miss everyone!!! Hope you are all doing well. We love hearing from you so... publish posts on the blog! :)

Boys Toys>Girls Toys

Went to ToysRUs today...what a blast. Linda couldn't make a decision between the Caddy and the John Deere, so we're going to hold off for now.

Mover and a Shaker!

Ellie is just becoming more and more fun everyday. She is able to scoot backwards, pushing off with her arms. She is getting so strong. It seems like in no time she will be crawling. She's eating solid food now and loving every moment of it.

My parents came to visit last weekend and we had a great time. It was my dad's first time in Wilmington... he definitely enjoyed all the golfing! And of course, they loved seeing Ellie... I don't think my mom let go of her the whole time! :)
